The Photopass is the official photo package of Rock in Rio. By purchasing the Photopass, the customer will have access to all the photos taken by the official photographers throughout the event.

E se eu tiver poucas fotos no meu pacote?
If your package contains less than 5 photos, you can request a full refund of the amount paid. This ensures that you have a minimum number of memories or the option to receive your money back.
Does Photopass only include individual photos?
No, Photopass includes all photos in which you are identified by the facial recognition system.
This means you will receive:
Your individual photos
Photos with your friends
Photos with your partner
Any other photo in which you appear and are recognized by the system
Until when is it possible to guarantee the Photopass with a discount?
The Photopass at a promotional price will be available until the arena closes on the day of the event. For example, the Photopass for the 13th can be purchased at a discount until the end of the programming on that day. After this period, the photos can still be purchased individually or in packages with all the images, but without the early purchase discount.
Does the Photopass grant access to Rock in Rio?
The Photopass is a photo package available for customers who already have a ticket for the festival. It does not grant access to Cidade do Rock or any other location related to Rock in Rio that requires a ticket for entry.
I'm going for more than one day, do I need a Photopass for each day I will be?
Yes, each Photopass sold is valid for a specific day of the event. The service is exclusively for the day for which the Photopass was purchased.

How many people can use a Photopass?
One person. The Photopass is an individual photo package.
What do I need to do when I buy a Photopass?
It is important to upload a selfie at the time of purchase or later, of the person who will be the beneficiary of the package. It is with this selfie that the system will search for their photos at the event.
Can I edit the selfie I sent?
While your package does not contain any photos, you can change your selfie. After the photos are uploaded, it will no longer be possible to make changes.
What should the selfie I need to send for facial recognition look like?
Send a clear photo of yourself, with your face clearly visible and well-lit. Avoid wearing a hat, cap or sunglasses, and make sure your face takes up a large part of the image.
How to identify an official Photopass photographer?
Photographers will be spread throughout the City of Rock and will be easily identifiable by orange vests with the event identification.
How will the system recognize which photos are mine?
Photopass uses Fotop's facial recognition system. When purchasing Photopass, you will be required to upload a selfie of the customer. When a photo of that person is identified, the system will automatically add it to your order.
When will I receive my photos?
During the event, customers will start receiving their first photos. Once a photo is uploaded and there is a positive match with the selfie sent in your order, it will be available in your gallery within minutes.
How do I access my photos?
You can access your photos in several ways:

2. Via the order link sent by email at the time of purchase.
3. Using the Fotop app, available in all app stores.
How do I download my photos?

Is there a guaranteed minimum number of photos?
There is no guaranteed minimum number of photos, but if your package contains less than 5 photos, you can request a refund.
Is there a maximum number of photos for a Photopass?
There is no maximum number of photos. On the contrary, we encourage you to contact our photographers and request as many photos as you want!
Are there fixed photo points?
Yes, our team will be circulating throughout the festival and always positioned in strategic locations: around the stages with shows, at the fountain, on Route 85, at the entrance sign, in the VIP area and in the Global Village.
Will there be photographers on all stages?
Yes, we will be around all the stages. When you arrive to enjoy the show, don't forget to capture this moment with our photographers.
Will photographers be at all points on the main stages?
We will always be moving to the areas furthest from the audience. As the stages fill up, we will move further away to ensure a wide view and capture the atmosphere of the event.
Can I ask a photographer to move from where he is to photograph my class?
Yes, we are here to photograph you and your group. But it is best that you come to the photographer, as he will be in a strategic location to capture you and the festival in the best way.
